**** GYM BLAST MAGAZINE - APRIL EDITION ****
Stars Gymnastics Club is excited to announce the launch of its 4th main site at King Alfred Leisure Centre in Hove.
(They also have many hub sites in schools around the region).

Thanks to the support of British Gymnastics and Sportivate funding through Active Sussex and Sport England, they have been able to cater for many disciplines, featuring primarily some new and innovative freestyle equipment (cubes and walls) for youth and adults to enjoy.
The popularity of these classes has been overwhelming causing a long waiting list and a 4th hour to be added this week for adults and youth. They have had to double the size of the hall hire to cater for the demand meaning the funding was essential to keep the children and youth busy with various rotations on offer and pieces.
At Hove, Stars GC Lead Coach Michelle, is qualified to level 3 preschool, as well as having level 3 in general gymnastics, level 3 Freestyle and level 1 team gym, and is also a club mentor.  Also, on offer are various other qualified Freestyle gymnastics coaches from Level 1s to Level 3s with a team of 20 coaches to meet the growing gymnastics and Freestyle interest in the city of Brighton. Talented children are put in to selected groups to ensure progress and trainee coaches are offered mentoring.
Stars GC are excited to see where this latest and fast growing addition will lead and would like to thank British Gymnastics and others funders for their huge support and faith in the delivery of these lessons.  At the end of each class the coaches do a 'show and tell' for the parents which engages the parents as well as the children in understanding the breakdowns of moves, and the applause / compliments coming from the parents has made them all very proud.
Amanda Wadman - Club Director of Stars GC and Stars Coaching Services, said "This has been the best season for Stars as far as reliability and loyalty of staff is concerned, and with such a fresh perspective of support and a fabulous unified front emerging, we can't fail to 'wow' our way to the next level.   We continue to work hard at progressing this wonderful sport and we all get such pleasure from seeing how much our participants gain from our friendly approach and attention to detail.
