Paid in advance. Club fee of £30.00 per annum is not included in this fee and is due in August each year.
We offer payments schemes to those who are subscribing to more than 1 hour per week (as a family), and only if you are not able to pay termly, in advance. We can offer monthly payments to 1 hour members, but only in exceptional circumstances – so just ask if you need help.

These rates are worked out over a 12-month period and divided by the 3 terms (pro rata) so, please do not cancel the payments during the holidays/breaks before all 4 instalments have been paid. And, if your child/children are continuing onto the following term, please just keep paying monthly. This is calculated to ensure you are not being charged for time during the holidays.

SCHEME NOTES
1. In order for us to agree to entering into a payment scheme with you, you will be required to agree to our Terms & Conditions, as shown on the website – importantly, that a full term must be paid (upfront or in 4 monthly payments) should you leave early.
2. The payment schemes can be split between siblings, and across sites.
3.The Club Annual Fee of £30.00 is not included in the monthly payments and is due in August each year. This fee can be worked out on a pro-rata basis if you join later in the year.
PAYMENT NOTES
1. You will be given the bank details and unique payment code by email.
2. You are welcome to apply a 10% discount to the total of your second child’s invoice.
3. You must use the correct reference for all payments (it could affect your membership if incorrect)
4. If you have changed sites, please reflect this in your payment code.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2. We do not follow school term dates – our terms are shorter. We do, however, offer optional (extra) holiday clubs including open-air gym camps on a lovely farm. Please see www.hogs-wallow.co.uk for details.
3. By becoming a member, you are accepting our T&Cs and Club Rules. Please see website for details.
4. We require a full term’s notice (or remainder of term paid for in full).
5. A separate British Gymnastics insurance of £22 is required and needs to be renewed each October via this link: www.british-gymnastics.org. The first time, sign up as new member and select “Stars Gym Club Ltd” or “Shooting Stars Gym Ltd”. This must be in place before the second lesson, or your child won’t be insured and will be asked to sit out. British Gymnastics offer a pro rata/reduced fee each June for late joiners.
6. We have over 800 members, so please state class day/name/site of child in all queries and emails.
